The State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China, after a thorough examination of the patent application in accordance with the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China, has decided to grant a patent, issue a patent certificate for a utility model, and register it in the Patent Register. The patent right shall be deemed effective as of the date of the announcement of the authorization. The term of the patent right shall be for a period of ten years from the date of application. In case the patentee intends to assign, pledge, or otherwise transfer their patent rights or seek to invalidate their patent, terminate their patent, or reinstate their patent, or make a change in the name, nationality, or address of the patentees, the same shall be recorded in the patent register.
