In accordance with the provisions of the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China, and following a preliminary examination in accordance with this law, the State Intellectual Property Office hereby grants a patent, issues a patent certificate for a utility model, and registers it in the Patent Register. The patent right granted herein shall take effect on the date of the announcement of its authorization. The term of the patent right granted herein shall be ten (10) years from the date of filing of the application for this right.The patent certificate records the legal status at the time of registration of the patent right. Any transfer, pledge, invalidation, termination, reinstatement of the patent right, and the change of the name, nationality and address of the patentees shall be recorded in the patent register.
